These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JobSync website (jobsync.co.uk) and all services provided by JobSync (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
JobSync provides recruitment support services for skilled professionals seeking sponsored employment in the United Kingdom. Our services include professional CV writing, employer matching, interview preparation, and career guidance. We are a recruitment support service and do not act as licensed immigration advisers, solicitors, or employment agents.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over who are seeking legitimate employment in the United Kingdom through the Certificate of Sponsorship route. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. Packages and Payment
All package prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Professional Package (£499): 30-day active service period.
- Elite 1:1 Package (£999): 90-day active service period.
The active service period begins from the date of your onboarding call, not the date of purchase.
5. What We Guarantee
We guarantee to provide the services outlined in your chosen package, including securing genuine interview opportunities with UK employers who hold valid sponsorship licences. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Interview access depends on employer availability and your qualifications.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and CV.
- Respond to communications from our team within reasonable timeframes.
- Attend scheduled interviews and preparation sessions.
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, work history, or immigration status.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of JobSync and is protected by UK copyright law. CVs produced by our team become your property upon delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
JobSync shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your chosen package. We are not responsible for employer decisions, visa processing times, government policy changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if you provide false information, engage in abusive behaviour towards our staff, or breach these terms. In such cases, refund entitlements will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be sold to third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
